These terms govern your use of I Like Movies (the "app"), operated by Alexandru Crăciun ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 to use the app.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, harass others, or infringe anyone's rights.
Don't try to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create (ratings, reviews, notes, lists, messages, photos). You grant us the permission needed to store and display it so the app works for you and the people you choose to share with.

Movie data

Title information and images come from third parties including TMDB and OMDb. This product uses these services but is not endorsed or certified by them.

The app is provided "as is"

We work to keep the app useful and available, but we provide it without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (how to delete). We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms or harms the service or other users.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
